1 Era of Modena Balsamic Vinegar, aged 6 to 8 years - 250 ml (Acetum, Italy) 1 Duck Confit - 200 ml (Les bontés divines, Quebec, Canada)
1 Goose Foie Gras - 68 g (L'Oie Naudière, Quebec, Canada)
1 Fleur de sel from Portugal with dispenser - 150 g (Necton S.A., Portugal)

Items in the gift basket are carefully placed in a bed of crinkle cut shred (or shredded wood filler) and held in position by a moulded clear PVC shrink-wrap film. The gift basket is then put in a cellophane-wrap bag adorned with a luxurious pre-tied sheer bow.
