ALARY Christophe

Christophe Alary comes from Bergerac in the Périgord region of southwestern France.

He moved to Quebec in 1992. He has been teaching at the École Hôtelière de la Capitale for 10 years, and has been hosting the television show Les marmitons for several years.

In 2004 he was named Quebec chef of the year by his peers.
