Pear Vinegar - 250 ml (Gölles, Austria)

Cider pears of old varieties provide the basis for this fruity, mild, well-balanced and highly aromatic vinegar.
 
A substantial amount of tanning agents provides a pleasant counterpoint to the tartness and enhances the aroma structure with fruity notes typical of the pear.
 
It is especially suited for adding the final touch to pear desserts or to accompany nuts or caramel, and is ideal for fresh summer salads, such as arugula with pomegranate and thin slices of pears and avocados.
 
Tip: Dandelion Salad with Curry Chicken
Dice chicken breast, salt and roll in Madras curry. Fry in olive oil until brown. Dress dandelion leaves with pear vinegar and peanut oil, arrange the chicken on top and sprinkle with nuts.
