Raspberry vinegar made from the juice of fully ripe, freshly picked raspberries. A classic ingredient in modern cooking. Fermented from the juice of freshly picked, fully ripe raspberries, which gives it particularly impressive aromas.

Combines wonderfully with a few drops of walnut oil and is a splendid ingredient for preparing fresh salads with fine greens such as oak leaf or batavia. It also lends an attractive zest to dishes with an exotic character and goes well with shellfish. Last but not least, genuine raspberry vinegar is also a fine seasoning for summery desserts.

Tip: Asparagus Salad with Mushrooms

Mix asparagus cooked al dente with a dressing of Raspberry Vinegar and grape-seed oil. Serve topped with finely sliced mushrooms, chervil and chopped walnuts.
