This is a genetically pure “criollo” from Venezuela, known as “porcelain” for the distinct white colour of the bean which produces a very pale chocolate, albeit one that is 70 % cacao. This is a very distinctive chocolate, something quite unique.
 
Aromas:
A pervasive aroma rich in precious woods, evoking freshly baked bread, with a delightful note of olive pulp and bay leaf and a tinge of jasmine blossoms.
 
Taste:
Decisive snap, slightly acidic at first, then filling the mouth with notes of toasted almond and white flowers. It is a chocolate with a prolonged aftertaste that is a delight to the entire palate.
