Origin: El Salvador.
 
Comments: The coffee from El Salvador has the typical characteristics of Central American coffees. It has a light body, is aromatic and extremely fragrant, with a slightly sweet taste and good balance and a low acidity. The best quality is called SHG (Strictly High Grown) and indicates that it is grown at a height above 1200 meters. Just as in Guatemala and Costa Rica, the coffee is classified according to the height of the plantations: the higher the plantation the better the quality.
