Cream of Zucchini with Zoubrovka Green Tea

Preparation

Beforehand

Let the Zoubrovka tea steep for 5 minutes in 200 ml of water that has been brought to a boil. Pass through sieve.

Cut the zucchini into slices and place them in a saucepan. Add
800 ml of water and bring to a boil. Season and cook for 15 minutes.

At prep time
|
|
3.
|
Add cheese to the soup and blend in food processor. Pour the brewed tea into the soup.
