Ingredients (for 2 servings)

Canadian bacon

onion

ml

butter

tsp.

eggs

traditional balsamic vinegar

tsp.

 

Preparation

1.

Cut the bacon and onion into large pieces.

2.

Fry the bacon and onion in butter in a saucepan.

3.

Add the eggs, taking care that they don't break. Cook until done to taste.

4.

Place on a serving dish and season with vinegar.
