Traditional Balsamic Vinegar Omelette

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

eggs

small onion

oil

Tbsp.

   

truffle salt to taste

ml

traditional balsamic vinegar

1

tsp.

 

Preparation

 

1.

Cut the onion into small pieces. Brown the onion over low heat. Remove the onion, leaving the oil in the saucepan.

2.

Beat the eggs and the salt in a bowl. Gradually add the cooked onion.

3.

Heat the saucepan to medium heat and toss in the onion mixture.

4.

When the surface of the omelette is golden, flip one half over the other with a spatula. Let cook for another minute or so, depending on whether you prefer a firm or runny omelette.

5.

Place on a serving dish and season with vinegar. Serve immediately.
