Les Bisons Chouinard
The farm has been in the Chouinard family since 1797. The current owners, Jean-Luc Chouinard and his family, live in the ancestral house built more than 200 years ago.
The family began raising bison (buffalo) in 1996. They grow the hay and oats for their 80-head herd on the farm, without using any herbicides or pesticides.
