A “family treasure”, this blend fully expresses the Amedei philosophy. Combined here are cacaos from 9 plantations which over the years have been discovered, restored and rendered productive again by Amedei.

Using this exceptional raw material, Amedei created a powerful and balanced dark chocolate, which carries with it the aromas of the plantations and an unmistakable flavour.

Aromas:

Fresh aroma of cacao and hot chocolate. A pervasive, full-flavoured chocolate with positive notes of forest undergrowth and exotic woods.

Taste:

A decisive snap, slightly acidic. Aromas develop around notes of citrus and sweet toasted almond.
