Moulin du Calanquet
Moulin du Calanquet planted more than 5000 olive trees on its estate in 1999, for the most part traditional regional varieties such as Aglandau, Salonenque, Grossane, Verdale and Picholine.
The firm produces oils of a single variety as well as blended oils. Consumers thus discover the multiple flavours and aromas of each variety and can enjoy olive oils that bring out the best in various foods.
The Moulin du Calanquet also offers a variety of olive oil by-products.
