Cream of Zucchini with Zoubrovka Green Tea

Ingredients (for 4 servings)

Zoubrovka green tea

water

zucchinis

cream cheese

salt and pepper to taste

 

 

 

Preparation

 

Beforehand

1.

Let the Zoubrovka tea steep for 5 minutes in 200 ml of water that has been brought to a boil. Pass through sieve.

2.

Cut the zucchini into slices and place them in a saucepan. Add 800 ml of water and bring to a boil. Season and cook for 15 minutes.

 

At prep time

3.

Add cheese to the soup and blend in food processor. Pour the brewed tea into the soup.
