These bite-sized cheese nibbles are based on a traditional recipe, baked with mature organic English cheddar cheese from Somerset and organic wheat harvested from British organic farms, including the Home Farm at Highgrove. A perfect canapé or snack to accompany cheese or wine.
 
The mustard seeds in these organic cheese nibbles give a welcome lick of heat to these savoury, cocktail-sized biscuits.
 
Ingredients:
Wheat flour, English cheddar cheese (27 %), butter, mustard flour (4 %), oats, sugar, mustard seeds (2 %), sea salt*, raising agent (ammonium bicarbonate)*.
