Potato Wafers

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

large potatoes

1

egg

1

parsley

salt to taste

15

ml

hazelnut oil

1

Tbsp.

pepper to taste

 

Preparation

1.

Grate the potatoes in a bowl.

Add the whole egg.

3.

Add the parsley chopped in small pieces and season to taste with salt. Mix the ingredients.

Heat the oil in a saucepan at medium heat and toss in a large spoon of the mixture. Tamp with a spatula so it takes the form of a wafer. Cook until brown (7-10 minutes). Flip the wafer and cook the other side. Proceed in the same way for the remainder.

5.

When the wafers are brown on both sides, arrange them in a plate on top of an absorbent paper. Add a pinch of pepper. Serve hot.
