Arbequina Olive Oil - 500 ml (Grup Pons, Spain)

Traditional extra virgin Arbequina olive oil.
 
The Arbequina is typical of Catalonia and owes its name to the town of Arbeca, located in the province of Lleida, known worldwide for its high quality olive oil. It is a small and delicate olive, but the oil obtained from it is very harmonious and light, with a fresh aroma and fruity flavour, almost always with an almond-like taste that adds an exotic touch.
 
This oil is obtained from olives harvested in December and January, and its colour ranges from bright green to dark purple. It is a delicate oil with an acidity not higher than 0.25º.
