The Bergamia oil is prepared by simultaneously crushing fresh Calabrian organic bergamots with freshly harvested olives. It is presented in a superb amphora bottle.

Characteristics:

Golden yellow colour with greenish tints. It has a unique flowery citrus taste with surprisingly little sharp aftertaste. Makes a delicious marinate for raw fish and shellfish, or a dressing on cooked vegetables and pastas. Its fragrance enhances the preparation of desserts and biscuits.
