Quai Sud cocoa has the genuine, magical taste of real cocoa. Its silky brown colour and potent, fruity taste are a gourmet’s delight. Natural or flavoured, Quai Sud cocoa is perfect for making chocolate drinks and pastries, from cakes to creams to toppings.
 
Ingredients: pure cocoa, raw cane sugar, natural flavouring.
 
Sweet Tip: Combine the strong, velvety taste of cocoa with spices and sweet honey! Add 3 to 4 teaspoons of cocoa to a bowl of milk. For old-style hot chocolate, simmer over low heat for a few minutes. Perfect for cakes and pastry.
