An olive oil with golden colouring and a fragrance of white pepper and fresh herbs, its delicate olive aroma bears a tinge of herbs and pepper. It has sublime green tones and a bouquet of fresh herbs enhanced by a touch of citrus, artichoke, pistachio and green tomato.

Olive varieties: Mission and Manzilla
Acidity: < 0.4 %

Characteristics:
1. The B.R. Cohn olive oil is considered to be the best oil in California.
2. The Mission olive oil is exclusive to California (believed to be descended from the French Picholine variety).
3. Certified as organic olive oil in Canada.
