Since 1988 François Pralus has been observing the traditions laid down by his father Auguste in 1948.
Anyone can fall under a magic spell, and as for François Pralus, he was bewitched by chocolate and pralines at a very early age. His taste for this black gold and other sugared sweets soon became an enduring passion. This ultimately led him to cultivate the famous criollo cacao tree under the Madagascar sky and to produce his very own chocolate.
The firm now has a dynamic team making delicious chocolates in Roanne, France.
