The Perrotta firm, located near the heart of the Picentini Mountain Regional Park near Naples, Italy, specializes in food products made from Montella chestnuts (Protected Designation of Origin).
Perrotta was founded in the early 1990s thanks to Gigliola Perrotta’s enthusiasm and extensive knowledge of these chestnuts.
