Duck leg confits initially cooked Creole style. Very aromatic. Dinner for two.

Ingredients: 2 duck leg confits, onions, eggplant, zucchini and lemon confit in a sauce of duck stock, onions, garlic and Ceylonese spices.

Tip: Heat up the jar in a pot of water and serve with basmati rice or pasta.
