Duck Confit Tandoori - 750 ml (Les Canardises, Quebec, Canada)

Duck leg confits cooked Indian style. Slightly spicy. Dinner for two.

 

Ingredients: 2 duck leg confits in sauce of tomato, duck stock, yogurt, cream Indian spices, onions, duck fat, lemon, garlic, ginger, honey and salt.

 

Tip: Heat up the jar in a pot of water and serve with basmati rice or pasta.
