Ingredients (for 4 servings)

dry morels

oz

400

ml

milk

1 ½

cup

2

shallots

2

10

ml

butter

2

tsp.

ml

oil

2

tsp.

salt to taste

pepper to taste

ml

cider

Tbsp.

 

P reparation

1.

Rehydrate the mushrooms in lukewarm milk for an hour. Drain.

2.

Fry the rehydrated mushrooms and shallots cut in round pieces in butter and oil.

3.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Add cider.

5.

Let simmer at low heat for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
