T&C is an industry leader in Italy in the merchandising of fresh and conserved truffles.
The company is located in the Acqualagna region in north-western Italy, home to two-thirds of Italian truffles production. It is also the region where the famous white Piedmontese truffle, or white truffle, is found (Tuber magnatum pico), a truffle that has graced the tables of emperors, popes, princes and nobles alike.
T&C also produces other seasonal varieties, including the black Perigord truffle (Tuber melanosporum), the summer truffle (Tuber aestivum) and the Tuscany white truffle (Tuber borchii), to name but a few.
T&C offers a wide selection of fresh truffles, preserved truffles in different formats, and a large collection of prepared foods made with truffles.
