Comments: Use warm but without overheating, or the truffle aroma will fade. Cover any leftover truffle with corn oil and store opened jars in the fridge. Use within 30 days after opening.
Use: As a condiment for pastas such as tagliatelle, tortellini, tortelloni, crespelle, etc., or with rice. Also for omelettes, fillet of beef "carpaccio", warm crostinis, etc.
