Summer Truffle Butter - 90 g (T&C snc, Italy)

Binomial name: Tuber aestivum (summer truffle).

Ingredients: Ready made condiment made of butter, summer truffle and grated Reggiano Parmesan cheese.

Comments: Ready to use. Add either plain butter or chicken stock and grated Reggiano Parmesan cheese to your liking. Avoid overheating, or the truffle aroma will fade. Store the opened jar in the fridge. Use within 60 days after opening.

Use: As a condiment for pasta courses such as tagliatelle, tortellini, tortelloni, crespelle or rice. Also good with escalopes, cutlets, omelettes, fried eggs, canapés and warm "crostinis".
