Ingredients (for 4 servings)

ml

water

cup

500

ml

milk

2

cup

g

brown sugar

Tbsp.

g

Kashmir Tchai tea

Tbsp.

 

Preparation

1.

Pour the water and the milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil.

2.

Reduce heat. Add the sugar and tea. Let simmer for 5 minutes, stirring from time to time.

3.

Pass the mixture through a sieve.

Whisk part of the mix into a froth to garnish your cup of tea.
